QUIZ-KIEZ-RÄTSELSPAZIERGANG

The public space initially lays unspectacular in front of our doorstep. It already exists before we are entering it and it has already set the tone. In a artistic workshop, the artists Eva Kiezmann and Petra Kübert have explored the public space and the transcultural tracks in our neighborhood together with the welcome class of Carl Kraemer Grundschule. Focusing on the visual, auditory and tactile perception, they worked on site specific interventions, which can be read as a Quiz. We invite all our neighbours to explore the Kiezwalk with us.

Kindly funded by QM Soldiner Kiez, Bezirksamts Mitte and Stadtentwicklungsamt, und is funded by the Bundesrepublik Deutschland und das Land Berlin in context of the programmes Zukunftsinitiative Stadtteil and Soziale Stadt.

Eva Kietzmann, born in Mainz, studied film and video at the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Offenbach and art in context at the Berlin University of the Arts. The artist lives and works in Berlin-Neukölln. Together with Petra Kübert, she investigates current urban development trends in Berlin.
