THE ROMANS COME TO BERLIN!

With students of Kurt-Tucholsky-Grundschule we worked together on a very intensive project-week on a film showing the last updates about the research project “Romans in Berlin”. We researched the antique collection of the Altes Museum and underwent field research at the archaeological site Prinzenallee (N 52° 33’ 33“ O 13°  23’12“) in order to reconstruct the traces of this largely unknown era of history. We presented the results in an animation film which included reenactments. The film tells the adventurous story of Roman migration to Berlin.
